What documents can CREDEXA prepare?+
Prepare commercial invoices, delivery notes, bills of exchange, packing lists, road consignment / CMR drafts, and beneficiary certificates or declarations. Review and export in PDF, Word and Excel. Carrier issuance, signatures and externally issued documents still require the responsible parties. Further document types can be customised.
Does CREDEXA replace the final human review?+
CREDEXA assists preparation and checking. Your team reviews the source clauses, resolves findings, and completes signing, stamping, and presentation. Bank acceptance remains subject to the LC and the bank’s examination.
Can I work with amendments and scanned PDFs?+
Yes. The existing workflow supports an LC, up to 20 amendments, a signature specimen, and up to 50 invoice PDFs. AI extraction includes vision fallback for scanned pages and requires a working provider connection.
Where are my saved LC records stored?+
The local document archive keeps originals, prepared versions and exports on this computer, with downloadable backups. The earlier browser-local LC register remains available. Archived history does not automatically replace the current LC or its human review.
